At RISE ORG, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at rise.orgonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Times
Please note that due to high demand and processing times, orders may take 7–15 business days to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you updated on your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your item and place a new order.
